Our water heater is leaking in the basement.
Sorry to hear that. Is water spreading across the floor right now, or is it a slow drip?
Slow drip, there's a small puddle.
We can come today at 1 pm or tomorrow at 9 am. Which works? I'll text you a confirmation.

Questions
AI receptionist, answered.
What is an AI receptionist?
An AI receptionist answers your business's phone calls by voice when you can't pick up. It greets callers under your business name, finds out what they need, books routine work into your calendar, texts the caller a confirmation and sends you the details. Emergencies and anything outside your rules go straight to a person. We set it up around your services, hours and wording, on the number you already have.
Does it actually answer the phone?
Yes. When you can't pick up, the AI receptionist answers the call by voice under your business name. It asks what the job is, collects the details and books it, or hands it to a person.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep your number. Calls ring the phones they ring today, and the ones you don't answer go to the AI receptionist. We set up the forwarding with you during the build.
What happens with emergencies?
You set the signs of an emergency for your trade, such as flooding, no heat, a gas smell or sparking. Those calls go straight to whoever is on call, with the address and details, instead of being booked for later.
What if the caller wants a real person?
The AI tells them someone will call back and sends you the details, flagged. You call back already knowing what the job is.
What does it say to callers?
What you approve. Your services, service area, hours and the questions to ask for each kind of job set what it says. It can work differently during business hours, evenings and weekends.
Does it work for other trades or other kinds of business?
Yes. Plumbing, HVAC and electrical are examples. Roofers, landscapers, cleaners, clinics, shops and any business that takes calls can use it. We set the questions, the booking rules and what counts as urgent around your services.
Can it give prices?
Only the prices you give it, for jobs with a set price. Jobs that need a look first get a site visit booked, and you write those quotes.
