What it takes on

The estimates, schedules and paperwork of a landscaping company.

Each line is something the system does on its own, under rules you set. Anything outside them comes to you.

An estimate request comes in while every crew is out.
Answered in minutes by text or email. The address, the work wanted and yard photos are collected, and the site visit is booked. A call you miss gets a text back.Missed call text back
A patio or garden design quote goes out.
Followed up on the schedule you set while the homeowner thinks it over. When they reply with a question, it comes to you.Quote follow-up

Questions

What landscapers ask first.

Can it give a price for a cleanup or a patio?

It shares only what you give it, such as a set price for weekly mowing on a standard lot or a note that bigger jobs need a site visit first, and then books the visit. The final quote comes from you, and it follows up after you send it.

Can it handle weekly maintenance customers when it rains?

Yes. Tell it which days to move and where they go. Weekly customers get a text with the new day, and anyone who needs a different time replies and gets your open slots.

Can it help sign customers up for the season?

Yes. Before spring, and before winter if you do snow removal, it texts or emails past customers with the services you offer and books or adds the ones who say yes. Anyone with questions about the contract goes to you.

What about calls we miss on a job site?

A caller you miss gets a text back in seconds and can book from there. If you want calls answered by voice, an AI receptionist can take them under your business name and send the ones you choose to you.

Does it work with our landscaping software?

It works with Google Calendar, Outlook and job software that has an API, such as Jobber. If you use landscaping software such as LMN, Aspire or Service Autopilot, we check how it connects on the call.
