For cleaning companies
AI that books cleans while your crews are on site.
Detent Systems sets up AI for cleaning companies, from the GTA to anywhere in Canada and the US. Quote requests get answered and booked. Move-out and commercial quotes get followed up, reminders go out the day before, and recurring clients hear from you when an invoice is due.

What it takes on
The quotes, schedules and paperwork of a cleaning company.
Each line is something the system does on its own, under rules you set. Anything outside them comes to you.

Where it runs
Inside the tools you already use.
Your crew keeps the tools they know. The system works in the same accounts, under rules you set.
Use something else? If it has an API, it can connect. We confirm the fit on the call.
Questions
What cleaning companies ask first.
Can it give a price for a clean?
It shares only what you give it, such as a set price for a standard one-bedroom move-out or a note that commercial jobs need a walkthrough first, and then books the visit. The final quote comes from you, and it follows up after you send it.
Can it tell a one-time clean from a recurring schedule?
Yes. One-time jobs pick from your next open dates. Weekly or monthly customers get booked on the cadence you set, with a reminder before each visit. Anyone who needs a different time replies and gets your open slots.
What about keys, codes and building access?
Access notes are collected and sent to you. You decide what the crew sees. The system does not share keys, codes or gate instructions with anyone unless you set that rule.
What about calls we miss while crews are on site?
A caller you miss gets a text back in seconds and can book from there. If you want calls answered by voice, an AI receptionist can take them under your business name and send the ones you choose to you.
Does it work with our cleaning software?
It works with Google Calendar, Outlook and job software that has an API, such as Jobber. If you use cleaning software such as CleanSmart, Janitorial Manager or ServiceTitan, we check how it connects on the call.
