It answers or texts the caller right away and asks what is happening. Signs of an active leak, such as water coming through a ceiling, send the conversation straight to your on-call phone with the address and photos. Everything else is booked in the order you set.
Can it give a price for a new roof?
It shares only what you give it, such as your price ranges or a note that every roof gets an inspection first, and then books the inspection. The final quote comes from you, and it follows up after you send it.
Can it help with insurance claims?
It can collect what you need from the homeowner, such as the claim number, the adjuster's name and photos of the damage, and add it to the job. Questions about coverage go to you.
Can it reschedule jobs for weather?
Yes. Tell it which days to move. Each customer gets a text with your next open dates, picks one, and the calendar updates as they reply.
Does it work with our roofing software?
It works with Google Calendar, Outlook and job software that has an API, such as Jobber. If you use roofing software such as JobNimbus or AccuLynx, we check how it connects on the call.
